Three stages, and you approve each one.
Mahleon runs the whole outreach motion, from finding people to screening, connecting and following up. The compliance-critical moments stay deliberate decisions you make, not things that happen to you.
Say who you want to reach
Job title, how senior, size of firm, area, and any firms to leave out, so competitor networks and names you would never approach are gone before you see the list. Mahleon finds the people who match, from your own Sales Navigator session.
Check them against your records optional
Connect a CRM and everyone found is looked up in it before a request goes out. Anyone already a client, already a lead, or at a company you have an open opportunity with is taken out of the list, so you do not cold-contact someone you already know. You decide what happens when the CRM cannot answer at all: let those people through, or hold them until someone looks.
Send, then follow up
You enrol the people who cleared, confirming they are appropriate to contact, and the invitations go out from your own browser a few a day while the account warms up. If you choose, an approved message sequence follows. Everything stops the instant someone replies, so no one gets a canned follow-up after a real conversation has started.
You can see what it is doing.
Every campaign answers the question you actually have, which is whether anything is happening: what has been sent, who is next, when the next one goes, and why anything is paused. It's the opposite of the black-box tools that leave you guessing.
What an auditor gets
The signed Legitimate Interest Assessment, then every connection, message and approval, written to an export that cannot be edited afterwards. If compliance asks “who did we contact, when, with what, and who signed it off?”, the answer is one export away.
- Signed LIA before you find anyone
- Article 14 first-touch line built into every opener
- Approval workflow, only signed-off copy sends
- Full audit export for any review
