Cookies
Mahleon uses only the cookies and browser storage it needs to work. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no third party sets cookies on mahleon.com. Because these are all strictly necessary, we do not ask for consent to them; you can still block or delete them in your browser, but signing in will not work without them.
Cookies
- sb-…-auth-token: Keeps you signed in. Set when you sign in and removed when you sign out. Large sessions are split across numbered parts (.0, .1). Lasts: Until you sign out or the session ends.
- sb-…-code-verifier: Completes a secure sign-in or password reset link. Lasts: Only while the sign-in completes.
- mahleon_ac: Remembers an access code you entered at sign-up while your account is created. Lasts: 30 minutes.
- mahleon_link_sent: Stops a second “open on your computer” email being sent straight after the first. Lasts: 60 seconds.
- mahleon_account_view: Remembers which LinkedIn account you chose to view in the app. Lasts: 1 year.
- mahleon_onboarding_choice: Remembers the setup choice you made, so setup resumes where you left it. Lasts: 30 days.
- sf_oauth_state, sf_oauth_verifier: Secure the connection to your firm's Salesforce while you connect it. Lasts: 10 minutes.
Browser storage
The app also keeps a few small items in your browser's own storage, which never leave your computer: whether you have seen the product tour and a notice, notices you have dismissed, an unsaved campaign draft for the current tab, the screen shown after you sign up, and which column was which in the client list you last uploaded.
Payments
Billing is handled on Stripe's own pages. When you go there, Stripe's cookie policy applies; Mahleon does not set Stripe cookies on mahleon.com.
The Chrome add-on
The Chrome add-on keeps its settings in Chrome's own storage for add-ons, and checks only whether LinkedIn's sign-in cookie is present, as described in the privacy notice.
