The short version

  • Waalaxy describes itself as "The Perfect Tool for LinkedIn Outreach" and says it helps you "Make LinkedIn your #1 acquisition channel". It is built for running prospecting campaigns at volume, with email steps alongside LinkedIn.
  • Mahleon is built for professionals who want to send connection requests and follow-ups in their own words, at a steady pace, with an optional check against Salesforce and a never-contact list so the wrong people are never approached.

How each one runs

  • Where it runs. Mahleon: a Chrome add-on plus a web app. Waalaxy: a cloud app at app.waalaxy.com. Waalaxy's help centre says its Chrome add-on "has been removed from the Chrome Web Store" and that it is "now 100% cloud" (article dated 1 July 2026).
  • Who writes the messages. Mahleon: you do, and every message is in your own words. Waalaxy: templates and campaign sequences set up in the app.
  • Checks before contact. Mahleon: an optional check against Salesforce (the only CRM Mahleon works with) and a built-in never-contact list.
  • Email. Waalaxy campaigns include email follow-ups.

Who each suits

Waalaxy may suit you if you run high-volume prospecting campaigns across LinkedIn and email and want a cloud tool that runs without your browser open.

Mahleon may suit you if you are a UK professional whose reputation rides on every message, you want to stay in control of what is said and to whom, and you want existing clients and anyone on a do-not-contact list kept out from the start.

What reviewers say about Waalaxy

Waalaxy is widely reviewed: G2 lists a 4.5 rating from 1,557 reviews, Capterra 4.4 from 253 reviews, and Trustpilot 4.8 from about 1,305 reviews (all checked 2 November 2026). Mahleon is new and does not yet have public reviews. We will not show review scores for Mahleon until real users have left them.

A note on LinkedIn's rules

LinkedIn's User Agreement restricts third-party software that automates activity on the site. Whatever tool you use, keep volumes modest, write personally, and respect people who do not want to hear from you.
