The service
Mahleon provides compliance-first LinkedIn outreach software for regulated firms: audience definition, CRM screening, human-paced connecting, approved message sequencing, and a tamper-proof audit trail. The service runs through your own LinkedIn and CRM sessions; you remain responsible for your accounts with those platforms and for the professional rules that apply to your firm.
Pricing and trial
Plans are priced per seat per month (Pro £99, Business £169, Enterprise £279), with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial and nothing is charged during it. The first paid month is 50% off, and annual billing saves 15%. You can cancel any time before you are charged.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to use the accounts you connect, you sign a Legitimate Interest Assessment before prospecting, and you use approved message templates through the workflow the product provides. Deliberate circumvention of the compliance controls is grounds for suspension.
Data
Your firm is the controller of prospect data; Mahleon processes it under the Data Processing Agreement, with the sub-processors listed here. See also the privacy notice.
Liability and termination
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. Either party can end the agreement at the end of a billing period. On termination your data is deleted per the retention policy, with audit records retained as a compliance obligation.
