Before Mahleon starts

Mahleon's Chrome add-on sends the LinkedIn outreach you approve, in your own browser. Nothing below is read or sent until you press I agree. Here is exactly what the add-on collects, and where each item goes.

On LinkedIn

• Whether you are signed in to LinkedIn. Checked in this browser by looking for LinkedIn's sign-in cookie. The cookie itself never leaves your computer. Goes to: nowhere. Only the yes or no is used.
• Which LinkedIn account is signed in (your LinkedIn member ID and name), with a random ID for this browser. Goes to: Mahleon, so your account is linked to this browser and work is never done as someone else.
• Details of the people in your campaigns: name, headline, company, location and profile link, and contact details only where their profile shows them to you. Goes to: Mahleon, to build and run the campaigns you set up.
• Sales Navigator searches you ask Mahleon to scan: the people listed in those results. Goes to: Mahleon, as the list you choose who to contact from.
• Replies from people you contacted through Mahleon: what your LinkedIn inbox returns for those conversations, which can include message text. Mahleon uses it to see who replied and keeps only a short, encrypted preview. Goes to: Mahleon, so your campaign stops messaging people who replied and you can see the reply. Mahleon staff read previews only when you ask us to look at a specific conversation, to investigate security or abuse, or where the law requires it.
• The result of each step (a connection request or message sent, or why it could not be). Goes to: Mahleon. You choose the people and approve the wording, and nothing is sent until you press Start messaging. Only the people you chose get the messages you approved.

On Salesforce (only if you connect it)

• Your existing Salesforce sign-in in this browser, used to check whether a person is already someone your firm works with, so they are not contacted. The sign-in itself never leaves your computer. Goes to: nowhere. Requests go from this browser straight to your Salesforce.
• Your Salesforce username, and the records Mahleon matches or creates (record IDs and their status). Goes to: Mahleon, to show results against your campaign.
• During a one-off setup step you start yourself, the Salesforce requests made when you press your firm's own button, so Mahleon can press it the same way later. Not recorded at any other time. Goes to: Mahleon, saved against your firm's Salesforce.

On this computer

• Whether you are at your computer (Chrome's active or idle signal, nothing about what you are doing), so work only runs while you are there. Goes to: nowhere. Stays on this computer.

What Mahleon never does

It never sells this information, never uses it for advertising, and never shares it except with the companies that host Mahleon for us. Mahleon's use of information received through its Chrome extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Mahleon is operated by MAHLEON LIMITED. You can withdraw at any time by removing Mahleon from Chrome.
